had a chat with one of the senoir managers of vosa and my van dosnt need a test when its converted due to its age
should have known because of all the hints you guys where givving me
but on the up side no expencive test to do

just fill in the forms v55 and you need to take it to your local dvla office with the mot and your driveing licence and of corse the fee

got a bit more work done - fitted the rear tailgate with window in - got to drive the van again
hopefully the RHD convertion will start at the end of june

new one on - with wondow (i wanted a window because it makes it easier for reversing) - and it lets more light into the van now

once you get used to lhd its easy my chevy vans lhd and i dont notice any difference from driving a normal rhd

i diddnt find it particularly difficult - dosent matter anyway the convertion to RHD is comming soon

a little more work today - got rid of the sign writing on the tail gate and resprayed the bottom

did a little more work today - mostly fetteling with the tail gate and taking the front bumber off.
also my dad said he might have a steering wheel that might fit the transit - i thought nothing of it at the time..untill he produced this..and the steering wheel boss fits perfectally quite unusual i'd say but i might change the steering wheel to a bigger one..but still what a find



i think im accidently turning this into a custom van
that and the fact my dad has a cortina mk2 drivers seat that will fit in nicely
