After the step by step guide kindly posted I think I have enough confidence to attempt this myself. I don't really fancy booking it into a garage for them to just rip me off!
Will post my progress later :D

May even attempt at curing my squeaky brakes with some trusty wd40! :mrgreen:

Just been reading through this post and im shocked and horrified to see the hap hazard way some members on this forum go about fitting a magic tree. One member, A 13yr old manc chav even post up pictures of himself fitting one without wearing any ppe at all. I feel that as a fully paid member of the MTRCOACPI I must try and show the members of this forum the correct ppe that needs to be worn when handeling these trees.
Image

This is the absolute minimum ppe that must be worn at all times whilst felling and fitting a magic tree.
Please note that we offer a free fitting service at our North Wales branch :P or have a mobile tree fitting officer that can call round to your address at a small charge.

Dont forget a magic tree is for life not just for christmas.

Right well I have just done this mod and BOY what a difference! I'm now greeted with a fresh aroma both apon entering the van, and throughout my journey! I'm much more relaxed driving, so MPG gas definitely improved!! :mrgreen:
Here is my progress:

So many to choose from, but followed Rumble Bee and went colour coded!
Image

Opened packs, following strict guidelines as set in the method statement
Image

Tried a few different insalls;

Is this right??

Then finally I got it down to a tee!

All done! (happy dance was performed, unable to load gif files :cry: )

Full PPE was worn throughout the install.

Happy magic tree installing guys! :mrgreen:
