Get a spare cut, doesn't have to have the transponder chip in to start it, they cost pennies for a single spare key keep it tucked in somewhere safe for emergencies.

I have and use one of these for the ford locks.... It works a treat

so iv'e learnt...

1 ford locks are second rate (acording to the pro's)
2 NEVER concider buying BJT's van as with all the ass washing and the 'webasto' it will be rotten
3 lock picking tools look like they'd be better for wi fi

Normally i would agree with you but the trouble is nowadays with the internet, there are no secrets and tools are easily available
I have got some Lishi picks too, Have had a play and opened quite a few different motors with them

We had a locksmith open my old Suzuki swift gti @homelands about 10 yr a go £145 for the privilage of 2 new keys... got me home from Southampton to Cambridge

These locksmiths are all very good till you need one ....
I was stuck infront of a clients house he got the yellow pages out rung the all the locksmiths they didn't want to know auto locksmiths weren't going up my way that day and I am still waiting for 1 to ring me back I even rung imperal Ford up as a last desperate attempt and am waiting for them to ring back
I think it looks cool anyway might put one in the little van

i really dont agree with broadcasting this lockpick tooks info, i have many and i keep them to myself and only use them for recovery purposes, how would you guys like it if a pikey found this thread bought the tool then stole your van
