I think he's right too. The incorrect tdci badge gives it away. The travellers seem to stick them on all Transits, even on 85-260 models etc. Also the 'turbo' badges from a smiley looks ott.

Having said that, what a great looking vehicle. I'd be proud to own that van.

Just had it serviced at the local dealer, and found out its on 3 year free servicing so got it free! Asked fords about previous owners, and they said both owners were local, the one I bought it off was a tree surgeon. As for the tdci badge, where should the badge be then? Its definately a 125 ps as I had to check that with the dealer too(bloody insurance company said they did`nt have a swb 125/280 on there computer). I got to agree about the turbo bages, they look really silly, mind you when I bought it it had a huge great sunvisor which looked even worse! I think the origional owner just liked spending money really, on anything he could it even had ford air freshners in it :roll: Anyway, thanks for your replies all. Nice to get an opinion. I will try and get it to an event some time, so you can have a proper look.
