Looks like Genuine Ford, 6c11 is a part number,and 1745605 also,usually prefixed with an F

Internet search draws a blank on both,i need access to E-cat at work.

First one i`ve ever seen.

Pollen filter now removed as it caused a vibration through the front of the van at motorway speeds :shock:

Sure it is pollen filter ?
Done loads where the rubber seal that goes across scuttle panel is only pushed onto plastic panel,not both the plastic and the metal scuttle panel.

Sounds like wipers/screen a rattling at 60/70 mph ++++ :o

Yep, it started on the M25 this morn, I stopped, took it out and hey presto noise gone. The rubber is glued on as it used to come off, never made a noise though.

Had a quick look today at part numbers,found 4 that seem to be listed for MK7;

F1745605 odour filter upto 8/06,
F1745604 pollen filter upto 8/06,

F1748749 odour filter 7/8 2006 onwards,
F1748480 pollen filter 7/8 2006 onwards.

Its upto you to confirm these as being correct for your van,i am NOT a parts person :)

As for the service point of view,whether on 15K or 20k intervals
15/20k pollen/odour filter,install if requested

30/40k Pollen/odour filter,renew if applicable

I was under the impression, that an odour/pollen filter was the same thing, so why the different part numbers :?

I honestly don`t know what difference is in age of van,the air intake housing it fits in all look the same to me ........ :?

I checked they weren`t listed for mk6 which is a totally different shape and size.They have a completely different part number.
