Im 95% sure the type9 5 speed is longer than the 4speed although the prop will fit on the same splined o/p shaft - so you will need to have the prop shortened!!
but if you use the mt75 5 speed (best box) the o/p shaft is totally different so you will need the mt75 prop (or at least the front end)

As to shortening the prop, it's never been an issue for us as the conversions are usually on an XLB, so the front prop gets matched to a long rear piece, or we get a new prop made (had to go to some little mesters in Sheffield for the first 3, they wouldn't do them down south!

Simgy, it's a good thing your camper is a panel, as we only have one petrol 5 speed, our panel van, all the rest are diesel 5 speed Lutons!
