Well last night Mobilevanman turned up with two doors with leccy windows, leccy heated mirrors etc for me!!

Wahoo i wanted leccy windows since day one!!!

ill weld up those "standard" cracks the doors all get near the window, give em a lick of fresh paint then fit the fcukers soon!

Nothing done really recently except seat covers...

just ordered an electronic ignition module for the dizzy on ebay too!

Ok so last sunday i got round to fitting these cheap universal seat covers i got from argos... was listed as 35 quid but at checkout was £23.32 so really was a result.
the seats were 2 front and a triple rear seat, Bastardised to fit .
the drivers/front was easy... slide down, snip snip the sides so arm rests pop thru. ripped sides a bit but i really dont care


the head rest covers looked proper sh*t, so i chopped up 2 and covered the arm rests as i thought it was better use of otherwise sh*t items... bit of black cotton and a needle (prob more like 10m cotton) and me stitching away with gay abandon
few hours later, after i have trimmed and adjusted rear seat covers to fit front bench seat, also needed to slash rear felt of ford seat to allow seat covers to pass thru so i could hook under on wires/springs...
use scissors its easier to do and slightly safer i reckon(well still got 8 fingers n 2 thumbs )


needs bit of pulling and hoping the fold marks will eventually go, but for the money i paid im well happy and defo looks better than the oily old covers of the poor seats underneath!

Postman brought joy today...
Just fitted electronic ignition module..........you wont fookin believe the difference it made, starts on the key and NO more BACKFIRING might even be able to back fuelling off now might make me go faster!
not sure if dizzy now needs readjusting but ill find out thurs on my day off when i go for a thrash!

Should make it go faster
Borrow a strobe light.
I believe you'd be looking at around 6 degrees B.T.D.C. for your type of driving
but there's plenty of people on here with more experience to advise you.
