Would be interesting to know how people have done this with proper pics, as in break down.
Being in the trade though I fear how many people that have fitted seats and how many have comprimised the safety aspect.
I would like to change seats but worried about seats staying where they should be in an accident etc.
Just asking questions.

legaly we all do tread a grey line when making changes.i also am involved in the trade and have both mechanical and electrical backgrounds and have seen some very poor work carried out over the years.

my seats are in using thicker steel than standard and high tensile bolts are used so that is about much as can be done.

but sadly you can have a vehicle that is safe as possible but get tangled up with someones vehicle is not safe.

Yes its for sale.
Intercooler is standard to the van, think the 110 has a bigger one than a 90s

Will be working on a bigger front mounted intercooler upgrade kit soon

Got a set of 4 brand new tyres - 225/40/18 92 from ebay for £200

Now got my wheels fitted although I still have to refurb the rims - there no tyres rubbing at all, not even when steering is on a full lock ! :D :D

Thx

I am planning on doing a rear brake disc conversion.

I know I can use the rear brake calipers from a focus mk3, but not sure on the brackets where the calipers bolts to :? :?

I will have to go to local vehicle dismantlers to have a look at the set up on the focus mk3, to see if the caliper brackets can also be used or not.

That shouldn't come as a surprise as these are the same circumference and only 15mm wider than the original tyres.... unless I've missed some other mod? :P
