I've been speaking to another member on here and he has to re drill his centre hole 15mm towards the front of the van thus moving the axle back. But I'm not saying 15mm is the norm. I know Valetech has had problems in the past but seems to be able to sort them very easily.
i had an issue with the axle not sitting in the middle.... this issue arises because the leaf spring pivots just ahead of the rear wheel, so lowering the van puts the wheel nearer the end of its movement arc, so the wheel is closer to the front of the van.
The lower the van the closer to the top of the arc so the closer the wheel is to the front of the van..... that's why a standard height van has the wheel in the middle of the arch because it is at the centre of the arc.
(so by moving the axle back you can reposition the wheel in the arch)

As seen here..... the wheel was too far forward.

The edge of the tyre is 70mm ( from the bottom of the arch ) at the rear and 100mm ( from the bottom of the arch ) at the front, so moving it 15mm will make the wheel 85mm from each edge.
The plate that the leaf spring bolts to has 5 holes in it ( like a 5 on the face of a dice ), SEE CRUDE PIC BELOW...

The leaf springs have a pin through them which locates in the centre hole, so moving the hole will move the axle position.
So to move the wheel into a central position i had to get the centre hole on the plate welded up and re-drilled 15mm FORWARD ( so the hole is 15mm further towards the FRONT of the van ), this will bring the axle 15mm BACK thus making the wheel central.
SO IF YOU MEASURE YOUR WHEELS DISTANCE FROM THE ARCH YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WORK OUT HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO MOVE THE AXLE ( IE MOVE THE HOLE WHERE THE LEAF SPRING PIN LOCATES ).hope this helps
