Well, having properly caught the bug now, campernaut katie decided it was a weekend for a last summer adventure...so off to aldborough on the suffilk coast...weather was just a tad cloudy but nice and warm. A fair amount of russian ale kept the cold out so all good. Sizewell nuclear reactor was in the next field, having met someone at tmania who dismantled them, i felt safe enough, although it made for a cracking theme to the weekend!

So very excited about new carbs though (fanks robbie mate), cant tell you! 60 all the way on the a12 although the vibration and the noise does have a bit of an impact after a couple of hours...but so worth it!

Camp site was ok but theres a cracking looking wild site at Sizewell beach that has loos and a cafe...Image

Never been to sizewell mate - so you should be fine

Sizewell A is not generating any more (and has probably had all the fuel removed now) but I think B is still putting out power

...Ah, My att. would be quite diff. if I had a classic camper like Yours!! Henry the MK3 Camper is 'cosmetically challenged' but has n't needed any mech. attention since purchase! (Cambelt & Service after 1st trip, 2 plates welded & s/rack bush a year later for 1st MOT..) She will prob. get cosmetics done over time (no progress report to be posted on here tho' !!) 'cept when?....I'd sooner be out & about than working & when winter's here.............outside working? Brrr!!!

I've only just found Your Thread here (did n't suss what PUK was 'till after T/Mania!!) or would've replyed sooner; T'was great to meet You & Sis & well done with the Cups!
Oh, We've been to that site near Sizewell too, I think, where You have to walk round back of the House & thru' a TV Lounge to the Bar to find someone to take Your Money?.. Aldeburgh area's great for camping ......'cept the Council hates Camper Vans!! Carry an Inverter & an Angle Grinder for the Height Barriers!!!
Hope to see You again M8, might even pass Me on the Road (esp. once the Webber's on!!!!)
