Fit an egr blank and a decat ( removing the inners from standard cat is favourite). This will give you more than just sound. Then think about a vantuner remap.

mylee, ive already done the egr blank on mine and it seems to have made a difference. whether the difference is in my head or not is a different matter! it just seems to feel less choked in low revs?
anyway, will the cat removal/butchering have a noticeable effect? im already in the process of fabricating the snorkel to the air box. ive had a chat with a local tuner and as soon as ive saved up its getting booked in. will all these things together make a difference or make the remap better? if you know what i mean?!

It's best to get all the tuning bits done first going for a remap. Without a doubt, the remap made the biggest difference to my van, closely followed by the decat. It will make a difference.

So realistically, what will the de cat do for the van?
Is it legal? Any chance of engine management issues?
And where is the cat? I can't see one on mine or I'm being thick and blind lol

Seriously, I assumed the cat would underneath be near the manifold. I stuck my head under and it looks like a normal pipe from front to back
