I'm seriously considering selling my swb 80 auto. it has two single seats up front and i fitted a tourneo rear triple seat that can be easily removed by eundoing the the original tourneo floor bolts

The rear of the van has a bed that is removalable in minutes without tools to open the whole of the van back up. It has twin batteries with a proper split charge diode and an adverc intelligent battery charger professionaly fitted.

The van run runs out of mot on the 20th this month and all i'm waiting for is pay day to put it through, it may fail on the front discs being thin, if it needs them then i'll obviously be fitting new. think the tax is out at the end of december.

The main downside is that i damaged the front when i hit a small car. i've rebuilt it to a pretty good standard but messed up the mixing of the paint when i sprayed the bonnet so the finish is poor, and a dent in the drivers door ( have a spare that i havn't had chance to fit ).

If you would be interested i'll take a load of photos and post them but may need help posting.

Cheers andy,
That one again,,, I was bidding on it a few weeks back with a different seller and it was closer then, now it's op narth collection would be pretty hard, looks like someone has bought it and stuck some plastic arches on to hide loads of rust that it had on last time, it's ok but I'd rather a tourneo as the seats are not ideal in this being right at the rear and I feel a tourneo is much more luxurious, this reminds me of a prison van :!: but it would do if cheap enough, it went for 500 last time I think unless youre severely disabled all the mods put you off, imagine a gremlin in all that lot the van would be fighting you driving and end up in a lamp post  I expect it's tricky to remove all that lot, but cheers mate will keep my eye on it,

probably lol,,, my mate had similar adaptions and the car tried to take over a few times,,, very dangerous as it's very strong and you can't resist the steering strength even if you try, how he never crashed god only knows, that's the trouble with computers they get gremlins :(

HI, just to let you know i put the van through the mot this afternoon and it sailed it without any advisories at all.

All of my welding work three years ago looks as good now as it did when carried out so it was worth the money in weld through primer and underseal.

Its taxed untill the end of november and has had all of the usual mechanical serving such as cambelt, waterpump etc done so no worries there. It starts on the button , pulls like a train and will cruised all day long at whatever speed you can afford.

It has four really good tyres on it, the rear two are mud and snow ready for the slush.

It is probably the most solid reliable van you are going to find.

I would like £1300 for the van and i'm sure we could sort out delivery for the price of fuel.

Please let me know your thoughts before i advertise on here properly and everywhere else i can think of.

Neil

This looks reasonable, but probably isn't quite what you want?

I've seen it already mate,,,
This isn't really even as good as the one I have, more than twice the miles too and god knows what the stickers are hiding lol
But I am bidding on the last one you sent me mate as it's done 76k and seems ok, my mate who's in a wheelchair fancies it so I'm going to buy it and see if he likes it and do it up for him, if he does not like it I'll keep it for myself, but all depends how the auction goes as it needs a bit of work,
cheers mate,,,

Keep me posted anyone who has auto transits for sale,,, thanks guys

I may possibly sell my auto mk1 camper, it would be right at the top if not a little over your price range though but it is a good one, 1 owner from new not messed about with, chassis is immaculate.
