It's a fairly easy job, even easier of you have access to a 1/2" air gun.
The pulley is held on by 3 bolts, all you need to do is removing the ribbed belt, undo the 3 bolts, remove pulley and refit new one.
Then refit bolts and torque up correctly, then refit ribbed belt.
I'll find the torque setting and post up shortly

That still don't work

Torque setting is 45nm + 120 degrees.

I put that link up because its supposed to take you to the correct page of the online manual, but it will only go to the index page :?:

just wondered as a friend of mine went into his regular dealer (transit specialist) that does all his servicing etc and was told "can replace it week tuesday & we will have to charge you diagonisis (its got Ford protect warranty) time" Such a shame Fords invest so much in new vans to be let down by poor backup !

Yep, and don't you get feed up of listening to their adverts on the radio that tell you they are the dogs nads. :?
Ford will lose in the end if they don't invest in customers, i think they are fleecing us to make up for poor sales, not that I'd know of course.
Only thing i need Ford for is parts, thankfully.
