took for mot which it failed on a few things the other day.. :(
A leaking rear shock
Rear handbrake offside low effort and a few other bits due to brake imbalance side to side on the rear(again due to offside not working right)
exhaust emmisions to high 5.88%

All fixed in a day.. :)
fitted rear shock(I got a pair but need to still do the nearside as it hasnt stopped raining when i try to go out and do it)
handbrake was due to the rear shoes on offside almost on the metal backing on that side due to the lever having seized)
emmisions were due to mid range fuelling being a bit to turned up(egr was blanked off when i first got the van) but even then its still 2.98% just passed then)

And the best bit was surprisingly how rust free the underside is a few bits of underseal are peeling but no rotten bits so nothing a day or 2 with wirebrush and fresh sealer/paint wont cure(just neds this damm weather to show its sunshine head again)
and a bonus mot was £46 :)

A little update..dvd player is in the dash.
fitted a set of fli 5x7 speakers to the doors, made a big improvement on the ford speakers there.

and 6x9 on the bulkhead(Iam going to box these in from behind.and the bulkhead will be carpeted but this is being moved further back soon to fit a bench seat in the back so when wife has our baby we can get baby and 2 year old in the back and wife can sit up front in a single seat..

Sounds very nice for what i want and pretty bassy just needs a bit more sound proofing on the door panels as the outside now flexs a bit and rattles a little when turned up a bit loud...
