Hi All,

Just wondered if any one here has put a 2.4(mk6 rwd) into a smiley face (mk5) before, :shock: Any thoughts on this!!! or is it to complicated to wire in after the engine transplant. :)

:shock: oh yes its not simple ,the guy you need to ask is transitgeoff he is the only one that has done this and made a corking job of it as well! :wink:

And while on the subject :arrow: Has anyone put any other DIESEL engine into their smiley :shock: :D :!: :x :D :?:

no but i wanted to put a 3.0 iveco in mine

You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

And what Diesel engine have the Chinese gone for in their smileys :D :?:

dont know what ps the iveco engine is but its 166hp :shock: i think the chinese transits used to use a 2.8 isuzu engine but i think there mitsubishi engines now :?
