Today's progress 8)

got the van back form exhaustsuk.com and i'm impressed - might not be the cheepest but the quality is excellent 8) nice sound too - not too loud, not too quiet.... just right

fitted the new pas pipe, got all the intercooler piped up - dump valve on! took it for a spin 8) only prob was we had the vent on the intercooler open so it wouldn't build up any boost, but still quite promising :D eventually we ran out of time but we did have one problem the return pas pipe from the rack has sprung a leak :x not sure if we've caught it while fitting the other one or its corroded through - still we'll have a look once its off and proberbly get a new one made up if it cant be easly repaired :D

Great day 8) 8) well sort of

got it all running - bodged the pas pipe  filled the hole in the intercooler - took it for a spin
actually goes quite well  infact without thrashing it it's very quiet - could drive it everyday :D

ok for a while but then ...................... nothing but problems  we havent got a boost gauge on yet which didn't help :) the rwd sump didnt have a drain plug where the crank vent breather drained back, we blocked it up for the moment  but it's blowing oil all over  the intercooler pipes keep blowing off and fix one another one goes - not sure if it's going overboost but it doesnt seem like it - hopefully have a gauge on tomorrow :D
getting there but slowly

anyway i have some pics to keep you all happy
