you will also need to make some exhaust manifolds to get past the adapter plate :?

On mine i had a pinto one redrilled and balanced to fit it



what about a flywheel from a mondeo 24v? same engine more or less, same gearbox as the mt75 more or less but in a fwd casing......





as for the exhausts, if i was going to all that trouble with the van, if probably swallow hard and ship it off to someone like powerflow and have them make me bespoke manifolds and system...

Car ones are too small, the adaptor plate would need making so the starter is further in

nope not true you can get the standard manifolds past the adapter plate i have standard manifolds on mine i just simply trimmed the adapter plate so the exhaust didnt fowl on it

anyone tried manifolds off the mondeo 2.5L 24v? ive just been looking at mine and they both go straight down at 90 degrees at the back rather than the 45 degrees or so of the cossie...its basically the same engine so they should fit....

Dont think there the same ports as the cossy, even the later BOB cossy manifolds dont fit the BOA

well time for an up date
ive been driving the van around for 12 months now, ironed out a few problems .but on the whole she has been reliable
so its about time for a power up grade and new timing chain guide

this is what i have :-
bob cams(same grind as a yb)
veccy injectors
custom intake

started saturday nothing sunday (due to the snow :()
and this is where im at now
