brought this little gem of ebay as looked an easy fix:

but it was a typical crap ebay description & pics!

colected it 2day & it was allot worse then i expected but she's all stripped down ready 2 be cut open & repaired

she's on the R reg with power steering so well worth fixing.

more updates 2morra when i go 2 work on the old girl

yes trouble was i sent my bro to collect it & said jst go get it & bring it back & thats what he did.

the description said damaged transit thats all so in all fairness he didnt mention or not mention anything about damage.
just by looking at the pics above it doenst look like crossmember damage & allot of little odds & sodds, looked an easy fix.

still i think it was a cheap van as i can repair it myself so no problem 8)

got all the front end cut off 2day

had a good day on the transit 2day.

got all front end straight & headlight pannel in

& fitted it up to see if alls ok

also put new powersteering bracket on as was snapped, new pully & belt so she's got pwersteering again! 8)

few more jobs b4 it gets the final coat of paint & a 12 months test put on her & then its off 2 work.

Nice work, and fast too! Enlighten me please. Why did you spray the grille seprately, and not on the van? Or was that a first coat only?

overspray.

i painted all bits then drove van in at end 2 paint headlight pannel

if i painted grill on te van then ide have 2 mask up all the van & engine bay cos of the overspray
