The 'Cossybus'-updates!

Thought I'd better start a new thread as today saw the offical start of the conversion!
managed a bit today,got di lump out,prop,tank etc off,anyhow the pics..........



Gave the engine bay a quick clean ready for paint tomorrow,

Then a trail fit of this,complete with gutted cats,new belt and a good clean!

Last but not least,I kept the Scorpio sender in the hope it would fit my tank-it doesn't! LOL!
So I came up with this,a hybrid of my sender with the Scorp pump fitted as the sender resistance was wrong also-this cures the problem!


BTW,anyone wanting a good Di lump and G/Box let me know!

I take it you mean the engine?-was thinking £200 for the lump and £50 for the 'box.
Both obviously fine as removed for the Cossy,done 108k if memory serves,

hybrid pump sender is a good idea hope it works i had a full ally tank made for mine as it wasnt deep enough - mk1 tho:D

Mines the single d/pipe mate but I have nearly new d/pipe to go with it!

If I had more time/money I would have kept the a/c-great for where I'm going!

After having to faff around going to the Solicitors,managed to get the 'bay painted and after a few in's and out's, got the engine in it's final resting place!
