Flat spot

Just had to change the injectors on my mk5 2.5d n/a 70ps as i got a bit ham fisted changing the leak off pipes (broke the plastic outlet on one of them ). It had white spot injectors in it, these ones

So got a set of the later red spots from the scappy. and now its got a occasional flat spot/holds back at about 2000rpm?
I've tried adjusting the fueling(torque sleeve thingy) to see if it needed more fuel, but did'nt make much difference. And just put some Redex diesel cleaner in it, but wont know if this has done anything yet till I take it for a long run.
Any idea what could be causing this? Its rearly P'ing me off because it ran fine with the old ones in. Teach me to fiddle with it wont it .

You CANNOT simply go by the coloured dots on the injectors

You need the numbers off the old ones, as they are matched with the pump

Injectors and pumps vary according to application AND date of manufacture, in accordance to power and emissions specification

Ok, sorry this is my first transit AND first diesel. So I dont know much about them. I'm more used to working on 70's ford petrol engines. So, where are the numbers on these^ injectors? And is it possible to have my old one repaired?

Found this number after a good clean with a wire brush - 30678.
On the new ones is 33708.

Managed to sort out my old injectors, got hold of a second set of old style ones like in the picture and changed over the plastic bit on the top. So now all sorted
