If you can find out how to service the aircon it would save you £££££££'s as they charge 75 quid round my way to do this

Halfrauds do a spray :D

And as the smiley Transits don't have a pollen/cabin filter I would say it's just a matter of spraying through the upper and lower air vents and leave it a while to kill off the bacteria  Instructions should be included :D

they also apply a piece of kit which sucks out any rubbish from the system and check for leaks - then they re-gas it on completion - usually costs about £70 or so

Halfrauds

Postby sportscott » Sat Jun 10, 2006 12:16 pm

Yes there are Halfords in Holland, usually in the main shopping centres, which I don't often visit as usually spend my free time with greasy fingers taking something apart. I use a good automotive supplier that is more than happy to fiddle the VAT receipt for me
