They can only answer pre-programmed questions, so you'll get a generic answer to the nearest question they can find

You might be right Al, probably just as good to have had no response, like what has happened since I replied to them. Bloody Ford

I have since had a reply from the Y I robot(I think they're geordie) and she tried to put logic to it and that I needed to give the vehicle specific info so she could find out the info I requested.
Do you sell the carpet with the clips that it clearly is made for since the holes are there. You'd swear I was asking for the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything. I get where she's coming from though.

So my van will be 2.4 140ps rwd. 6 seats,(3 added in the back) alloy wheels added not standard. Full body kit, extra windows added.

Goes from standard £395 to added above £505. Which I think is furry muff really.

That's reasonable mate. I've done the same. Who did you get that with?

Pulled F39 as head lights were staying on with switch and ignition off.

Didn't bother looking into the issue as all the lights work as normal with the switch and ignition on.

Do you mean main beam? On my van sometimes i put main beam on and go to turn it on but it doesn't. I'm quite sure the relay sticks, bit nervous to use it as I don't like dazzling people. It's a latching setup isn't it.

Just the dipped beam on both headlights.
I've no idea why F39 has any effect on the lights as that's for the Aircon.
Curious to the reason, I'm sure I'll find out why or will have another van by the time I get round to looking into it...

Just performed a roadside front wheel bearing replacement.
.2hrs from home 7:30pm after a 5am start and a 340 mile trip so far,
Back on its boots by 8 and driving by 9pm
Just another 2hrs and 100mile to go down the A9 to be home.
At least the roads quiet now Image

Not home yet.... ETA 11pm

And I carry a spare onboard. With the environment and work this girl does it's not uncommon unfortunately they're a semi consumable item

Would have been quicker if my special extractor tool wasn't in the workshop

Don't know, but if it chews through your delicate bits then you'll know  tbh most coolant and things these days are harmless. I recall the old ac gas came with a don't expose this gas you'll all be dead kind of warning. Now they virtually come in a soda stream can
