Here are the wiring connections & locations for fitting the 2009 onwards dash with switches & modules into a 2003-2006 connect.
(GEM Module, Hazard & indicator switches, Front wiper/wash, Air Recirculation switch etc)

NOTE - When fitting GEM module remove your old central locking module as GEM module operates central locking, if not removed then it will conflict with the newly installed GEM module !)

Started to assemble my new front bumper, now it has been painted.

Was was planning on fitting the new front bumper today, but I have not got the mounting screws for the Fog lights



Which were a bargain at £25 for the pair complete with bulbs

Unfortunately theres not just one place I get parts, It pays to shop around to get the best deal

The foglights came from ebay, seller purchased the wrong ones hence why they were cheap

Even the lower bumper grille was £19 New from ebay, Top Grille (Platinum) Genuine Ford Part no F5144239 £55 from Ford (Trade)

It is the correct shade - I took the old N/S rear door down to paint suppliers to get the proper colour match

mind you, the van is covered in dust etc at the moment.

Bumper towing eye covers painted today & fitted, just need to get bonnet sorted first before fitting the trim.



Ran a test on the instrument cluster, Now require ext air temp sensor
