Front discs and pads yesterday. Mintex from eBay, £54.
Van fought all the way with corroded / seized in bolts and hard to remove bearings / hubs. NSF definitely worse, maybe cos' there's more puddles and dirt and crap on the side of the road.
My guide-

Tools-
36mm socket and ratchet / bar.
18mm socket.
15mm socket.
13mm socket.
T50 Torx bit.
Pliers for removal of split pin.
Adjustable spanner.
Jack up and remove wheel.
Remove split pin and castellated cover and 36mm hub nut.
Remove 2x 15mm head caliper bolts, you may need adjustable spanner the hold the back of the sliders as you undo.
Tie caliper up out of way so weight isn't on hose.
Remove old pads.
Remove 2x 18mm bolts from caliper bracket. Mine were so tight I was convinced they were going to snap as they cracked and creaked their way out!
Now break the seal on the 5x 13mm head bolts that attach the hub to disc, but don't remove. Makes it easier to remove them fully later.
Look through the other 5 holes in the hub and when lined correctly you will have access to the 5x Torx 50 fixings that secure the hub to the leg. You need a good quality bit for these, rounding or buggering one up would be a right pain.
Once these are out there is nothing holding the hub on except the interference between it and the leg. It needs to be pulled out square if you don't want to knacker other stuff too. I read somewhere that you just need to "smash the sh*t out of it" which worried me a bit! Lol
I made this out of angle iron.

It attaches to the wheel studs and allows to to tap out the hub steady with a small lump hammer. With it been attached as per a wheel I can obviously move it around as required and tap from anywhere without being hindered by the shock etc.
Mine was pretty rusted in.

Now you've got the hub off you can seperate the disc by fully removing the 5x13mm head bolts.
Hooray! Refit new ensuring the anti rattle pad springs are correctly fitted in the caliper bracket. Mine had moved causing a rattle from the NSF pads.
I was going to paint my calipers a funky colour but A, forgot the paint, and B, was bored by this time. Meant they just got a quick dusting of "fast black"
