Thanks for the replies all :)

I may look at getting some alloys but to be honest unless they were dirt cheap I probably wont. I have 3 modified cars that I will lose £1000's on let alone my van as well

However I will be changing a few things to make it a little bit more personal to me and making the longer drives more enjoyable. I will start a thread about that a little latter today as I need some of your expert advice :)

Yep as above with the card slot, I was told its for parking tickets as well (although I don't know of many multistory car parks that a LWM medium roof can get in too) I was also told by the dealer its for ID cards, for example delivery men that need to show cards to get into industrial sites etc. I am not sure I will ever use it to be honest.

Found out this morning that it has twin batteries fitted as well, which means I have lost the nice storage unit under the seats but it does mean that I can link up my toys without worrying about the battery draining :)

Thanks for the comments again :)

Pictures of my install/racking in my transit

Its not quite finished yet as I need to do the following but its not far off, and I am quite proud of it :)

Bits to do:

Hang various tools we need to get at regularly
Build sub and amp section (its going to be removable as that space is also for a sanding machine I have)
Build inverter into rack
Lay anti slip flooring inside the shelving to stop noise and movement of tools etc...

Its taken the best part of two days (bloody rain), its a lot better than the old one in the Mk6 transit so I am well pleased with it :)

I didnt ply line this one myself (I did my Mk6 though), it was already done by the dealer. Although I wish I had done it now as the job they have done is not all that great and the floor is a little flimsy, I may over board it in the near future.
