Leisure battery & solar wiring & cig lighter fuse value

I bought a Transit Tourneo to convert - headliner and door cards and flooring already installed. If I install a leisure battery under the single pass front seat, I'm thinking of connecting the solar panel (100 watts) thru a removable cigarette lighter male on the solar panel lead and female on the battery - and a 2nd female for a Waeco 12 volt freezer. Saves ripping up floors walls etc. What's the amp value of the factory cig lighter? I'm assuming I can plug the small freezer into the factory cig lighter?
