abs/traction control lights

I have a 2.2 t3oo ex aa transit and the abs/traction control lights on the dash keep staying on. no paroblems driving until they go out and then when the brake pedal is depressed it judders quite severely. we have checked all the sensors but no joy. any ideas would be good. cheers chris

if the pedal judders on hard braking this is the ABS working

Thanks for that, but it judders if you hardly touch it.doesn,t do it when abs light is on .lights now come on and off as they please. Had new ford rear drums fitted last year so don,t expect its down to them.

Thread is 11 years old... "Chris" hasn't been on here since Feb of 2015, so we'll never know what his issue was.
