Any idea how difficult a 2.4 TDCI 140 into MK2 Di would be?

Like the title suggests, i'm wondering how crazy the idea of putting a 2.4 duratorq MK7 engine into a MK2 relly is? Obviously there'd have to be a fair bit of custon engineering done but does anyone have any thoughts on this?

why not do it the other way and put a Mk2 body on a mk7 :D
