I stopped on the hard shoulder and made sure that all the family were ok - The kids never even woke up. The remains of the deer were in lane 1 so the Police were called who closed the lane to clear things up.
Then I inspected the damage... I once hit a sheep in a car and nearly wrote the thing off so I was expecting the worst. I was amazed when I saw that all that had happened was my number plate had broke. I still cant believe it now - I hit a 4ft deer at 70 mph and only broke my number plate.
I went to bed shaking last night - If I was in a normal car then the deer would have been head-height and I would have had Bambi wrapped around my head.
Never will I ever buy a car again - Transits only from now on!!!
, no seriously you were lucky , i once saw an lt van that had hit a cow on the other side of a humpback bridge, it wasnt even going fastand what a mess, 
but s,pose its cause i aint a cat lover others are
