RE: issue with radio/satnav/camera screen

Hi all,

Newbie here, so please bear with if I don’t include everything !

2017 Ford Transit Custom, limited edition, 2 ltr

Screen has suddenly gone bright, more so when u put into reverse, u can’t see anything, this is a non touch screen.

Tried finding settings for brightness, nothing there.

Disconnected battery, left for 15 mins, reconnected, no change.

Purchased new screen, fitted today, still the same.

I would appreciate any advice, thank you so much x
