I rekon all the forum members should club together and buy s,ton plant, it would be a sh.t hot place to do our vans up in eh , just imagine it, Luke with a few more projects, Madmark with a rook of v4 engines (and a good hoist lol), intransit outside under a tarpaulin (so he feels at ome), Malta transit and Sundowner in charge of goods in (all those mk1 vans and all the best goodies from oz), Fred transit taking up half the site with her vans, lol etc etc etc, i think id be pumpin out some good toons thru the p.a. system haha.

Signing the petition was never likely to save the plant but it does at least raise awareness of the issue and perhaps encourage the Government to consider how it is going to secure the future of the affected parties who will lose their livelihood.

If you really care about the workers, how is signing the petition going to be detrimental? Also don't forget, the costs in benefits to those newly unemployed will soon exceed the £100 million mark.
