Hi FredTransit,
Only Joined the forum a couple of days ago.
This is what i posted.

"Hi, this is my first post so i'll give a short intro to why i have found myself here.
Firstly i dont actually own a transit but this really seems a good place to carry out my search as members here seem so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things trannie related.
So, it started on friday when for some reason i was feeling really nostalgic and i wanted to find some pics of mk2 and 3 securicor cash vans, (mainly mk2s).
i used to drive these beasts back in the eighties and they were great times. Anyhow as i was searching the net up popped a link to this sight for 2005, where i read that a guy called Fred? had found a bullion cash van after searching for a couple of years. It just took me back looking at those great photos he had. So i'm just wondering, is there anyone out there that may have some photos, info or any knowledge of...(longshot i know) someone who knows someone whos got a great uncle or long lost cousin in some darkest part of england.. or even the world who might just have some insight into these awsome great machines that i spent so many hours in, rushing around in, sweating in, having a laugh in and occasionly being scared sh**less in.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. GREAT SITE.

Still around Fred?

Just found a great photo of a secoricor cash van on your post. Fill in the number plate with B305 ABO and i'll be looking at my old van. NOSTALGIC STUFF.
POSTED THIS BUT NOT IN THE RIGHT PLACE. SORRY I'LL TRY AGAIN
