Good question... I was glad I was sitting down when he told me... Average price would be 3-4 times the price in UK, but in euros - which doesn't really make any differnece now... It was turbo too...

I know... The trouble is there isn't as many of them as I thought over here. MK5's are going from £1500 (the rally NOT nice ones). I think if you go the unconvetional way (you know somebody who knows somebody having a neighbour selling his tranny), you could get it cheaper. But it's still not wort it... Amazingly this was only second MK5 I spotted in the past week. Most of what I've seen were MK3's Not as rare here as they are becoming in UK...

Not funny Andy! Was telling my mother how I praised over her educational methods and she couldn't stop laughing at the way I advertise her all around the world. And the she reminded me couple of more "funny stories" I'll have to tell you next year...
