Mondeo Clocks in a MK 3

Fitted the mondeo clocks today. all the lights are working. just need to fit the speedo cabel and run rev counter wire

This is what i had as of about five mins ago 8) 8) 8)

Thanks to Bryan for the wiring info.

Will get a pic tomorow when its done. Hopefully :roll:

They fit the MK5 Plug 1st time But they will fit anything. if wired correctly :roll: .

What you cant see is that i have took the MK 3 plug off and fitted the two mondeo plugs in its place.

guy aint yours petrol?? :? if so try the 8000rpm clocks :D :idea: :roll:
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Yes mines Petrol.
I had a set out of a petrol mondeyo but when i tried them there was a small amount of smoke and they now dont work :oops: :oops: :oops: Anyway the Pinto is rated to 5500 rpm contant so there near enough

the wiring doesnt worry me too much, but i always thought they were a different shape to the mk3 are they a perfect fit -cosmetically :? :lol:

Not boxed in as a combination of it being too hot and attempting to solder my fingers made me want a break and start the how to. More later :D

It will need modifying depending on how you mount the clocks. it will fit but the clocks will need to be a long way and facing upwards.

No theres no clock you get a rev counter instead :lol: :lol:

but you could quite easily fix a fez mk3 clock where the gear numbers are on the dash :idea: :D :D
