leak

hello i have a t100 lwb transit and now just came across a leak from the diesel pump. it has a leak coming from the throttle body. if i an right there is a seal that it is leakin past and can you replace with a new seal and if u can how do i find out what pump i have as she is a 1990-91 reg. i have other pumps and they are not the same as i am running. a i tack it the throttle seals are not the same on all the pumps?

Probably a Lucas CAV but it should say on it, if not post a picture of it.
