i was running a pinto powered P100 for a while with an LPG kit on it, with the gearing of a P100 (4.6:1) economy would have been crap but with the LPG costing half that of petrol i was able to run it to work everyday for about £5-£6, round trip 60 miles, way better than a diesel P100, and still had the power of the pinto, thats why the transit i've just bought is going stright on LPG, so if i were you the 24v is an easy fit so go with that. use the granada cosworth auto box and your laughing, the install will be so easy but you will have to get a prop made i would think.

You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

He's talking major money Cam, I mailed him last week as I was tipped off he would be splitting it up, he said the best offer over a grand for the engine alone  Then you need to pay his prices for the stuff to go with it, sounds like a very expensive conversion to me :( especially seeing as you could get a 24v Granny and have bj and his mate fit and wire it for that kind of money!
