My new floor was been laid days ago but here the pictures now it feels like a camper van

Up front i had those bit of brown wood in my shed for years and now found a use for them

I fill up the centre bearings with tec7 to keep the rubber from breaking
Also you should take off the intake manifold and clean it out with a degreaser. I use Jizer and rinse it out with water or a powerhose. It makes more of a difference than blocking the EGR itself!

Whats tec7 i was going to use expanding foam on this one as the rubber is the only thing that goes

Forgot to add i blocked my egr and the black smoke is gone but not forgotten

TEC7 is like tiger seal but cheaper, about €7 per tube.
If you clean out the inlet manifold you should get all your 76 horses back, the EGR seriously clogs them up especially the banana manifold

Ya I'm going to clean that i need all my horses just to get to the next town i live on the side of a mountain with some nice hills  I'm going to get a tube of that and use it

I know why it keeps going its my springs are 190 and the vans a 100 and the prop is a mix of boat but the suspension travel stretches the prop shaft bearing and rips the rubber along the top then after a while it goes all the way around and cause the other prop shaft bearing to exploded  oh the joys

Set of Thursday to go away for the long weekend going down the motor way the van started to whine which was followed by a very loud bang which as remind as a grinding sound pulled up to see oil dripping from under the van :( i knew the damage was done so i said I'll drive to my aunts house which wasn't far and there the van as remained the gearbox is dead the lay shaft bearing as gone and made bits of the gears the van dose move but only in first and hops out of gear but driving it isn't fun you have to listen to grinding noise and whining sounds :)

Bought a gear box out of a running mk4 with low mileages looks very clean but like all transit its red rotten  i drove the van and the box seems good
