The wheel nuts or the big nut in the centre that holds the driveshaft.

36mm and It needs to be a 3/4 drive as a torque wrench that goes to 420nm also is 3/4. Also a deep socket or it hits the end of the driveshaft if it's shallow

Doesn't it vary depending whether is is FWD/RWD and whether it is front or rear hubs?

It's 36mm if it's fwd front hub. I'm sure if it's a Rwd on the front hub then the dummy shaft doesn't need removed so no need to remove thd big nut to change the discs.

If it's a 280 FWD with discs all round, All hub nuts are 36mm
If it has drums on the back there are no centre nuts.

If it's a 350 (or other) RWD, the dummy shaft nut is still 36mm.

There will be a hub nut on the back... What stops the hub falling out?

If it's a 350 single wheel and has drum brakes the hub is secured by a ring of 14mm bolts which also retains the brake backplate, the bolts are accessed by removing the halfshaft.

What's the 65mm nut behind the half shaft then? :?
