All cleaned, new copper washers, new bolts greased and torqued to the ford specs, with my new sexy digital torque wrench

Fuel filter to do tomorrow too

Do these go often then ?

Paper towel taped to a long screw driver, aka the injector cleaning stick 5000 TM

Did mine again as I didn't take off the cam cover last time to clean off all the gunk, didn't have a torque wrench at the time that went low enough either.

They looked like this first time around,

I've got a few tools like that, my best is the cctv8000, consisting of 3meters of 1/2" steel box with a dustpan brush taped on the end, gets the cobwebs off my camera without any need for a ladder :D

I once duck taped an electric hedge trimmer to a 3 meter length of copper pipe, to trim my grans tree whilst stood on ladders. Didn't go well.......

Good to see you've torqued them to Ford spec.....a very good Ford Tech friend of mine religiously Torque sets everything to Ford Spec and has never had any repercussions...Says it all really...

155bhp, 303 Ft-lbs of torque. Not bad for a 110.

Got half of the arches fitted, the two small parts on the front bumper and the two large parts on the rear. Need to pick up some plastic quick clamps to get the front ones on tight. Got them done in yellow in the end :D
