Good day for all, there is between of you an expert of Transit mk1 and mk2 that it can
know if the front windshield of the mk2 can be mounted on mk1 :roll: ?Thanks to all. :D :D

yes! they are the same window and frame only the rubber is different!

The rubber will fit, but are of a slightly different design.

Are you sure???Because I have found a mk2 from italy, that has the glass and the
rubber..........I would not want to buy it if it does not mount to us! :roll: :roll:

the rubber should fit the mk1 but are difrent in the corners, but dont forget the mk1 and mk2 are the same body apart from front wings! :D

Yes, glass and rubber (with a small diference, some call the Mk2 rubber the one with ears) are exactly the same. One will fit the other, but do not fit a new rubber with a second hand screen, it can easily break it.

Yes Mk2 screen and rubber will fit the Mk1, but make sure they are both either new or both second hand whereever you get them from.
