Hi Mk1 fans. this is a link to photos of my landliner as i bought her.

have fixed a few things by now and will be having quite an interesting respray after the rust is treated. its only cosmetic rust really, the underside is just a perfect layer of underseal.

will post pics of her when she is done.

Whats your plans for it the bud?

Its having background colour with bubbles and graphics done by a graffiti artist, its all for a business project im starting. im thinking light and dark blue. i want to keep the quite artwork restrained. the guy who is doing it does some great work chechk out the robots at http://www.flickr.com/photos/sinna1 . hes no kid with a can and a foul mouth.

jobs done so far:
sealed body window
replaced rotten mdf wall above sink
secured back door hinges
fitted shower
sealed windscreen leak
some painting, filling, cleaning etc
repositioned speakers
back door draft reduced

to do
fit another leisure battery and pure sine inverter (1200w)
repair mdf wall under sink
get window winders working (i have to pull over to do them up
treat rust,
rebuild bottom drivers door
prime and paint
get water boiler and fridge working

she is in for a service at the moment with clunking brakes and grinding bearings as well as a drivers door that flies open on most left hand turns
