Ake - yeas and you have bloody good eyesight! The focus originally came from Inverness I believe

today I had a little play today.
The LPG is now working except at idle - I have to modify the tank mountings slightly to make it legal though.
I can live with it at the moment as almost all my mileage is motorway/dual carriageway but I would like to get it sorted. I suspect changing the pipework from the splitter to the mixers would help but I should be able to get to the weekend build on gas

Van has now run out of MOT...
BUT I have got the gas running, its a little lumpy at Idle but it does idle!
The only think is there is quite a lot of white smoke on petrol and gas so I think I have a head gasket problem

Put a small patch on the front cross member (about 2.5" x 1.5") this morning, swapped the brake drums and took it for an MOT...
For the first time in my ownership I have had to take it away from the MOT station without a pass
The tester rubbed one of my brake pipes (quite aggresively) with sandpaper - and made a hole
There were advisories on another corroded brake pipes, corrosion on a front flexi and slight play in the steering rack.
He was looking at it for an hour and 20 minutes
Ready to go back for restest now

I'm quite dissapointed that I needed a retest this year
Worst looking van on the forum - but first time it has ever had to be taken away from the MOT station without a pass cert since I have had it (4 years)
